Ageing for 6 months in steel tanks including 1 on the lees, then in bottle.

Matchespairs well with fish based dishes and also excellent as an aperitif.

Tasting notes Straw yellow color with light greenish shades, to the nose it proposes fresh fruit perfumes with floral notes. To the palate pleasantly fresh, tasty and persistent.

Best served at 9°C.
